As of 25 August 2025, 1,017 students had been admitted to Chernihiv Polytechnic National University has enrolled 1,017 bachelor's students (for comparison, 1,058 in 2024). Despite the challenging wartime conditions and the university's geographical location, the admission campaign was successful.
According to the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE), our university holds the following rankings: 53rd place out of 360 higher education institutions in Ukraine by the total number of enrolled students; 54th place by the number of students enrolled in state-funded (budget) spots (399 individuals); 64th place by the number of students enrolled on a contract basis (618 individuals)
It is particularly pleasing that Chernihiv Polytechnic University has achieved a commendable result in terms of the number of students with an average mark of 150+: – 48th place – for the number of state-funded students (194); – 55th place – for the number of fee-paying students (160).
Among Ukraine’s 645 pre-higher vocational education institutions, our colleges are also among the region’s leaders: the College of Economics and Technology (KET) – 69th in Ukraine and 1st in the Chernihiv region; College of Transport and Computer Technologies (CTCT) – 86th place in Ukraine and 2nd place in the region.
