ViewThe goal is to bring academia, industry and open communities together around practical use of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) in education, research and business. The event is hosted by Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.
Working languages: Ukrainian and English (materials may be submitted in either).
Format — hybrid. Exact time, venue and online links will be emailed to registered participants shortly before the event (for security reasons).
All participants receive e-certificates. Submissions are selected based on thesis peer review.
Participation is free of charge.

Accepted theses will be published in the conference proceedings (electronic edition with ISBN). Best talks may be invited to submit extended versions to partner venues (by Program Committee decision).

With over three decades of industry experience, he has led global operations teams for MySQL and ClickHouse customers and users. He's a known speaker at worldwide open-source database events.

(O’Reilly, 2022); MySQL Rockstar 2023 (Oracle, MySQL Community); co-author Database Design and Modeling with PostgreSQL and MySQL (Pack, 2024); Oracle ACE Pro 2025 (Oracle ACE Program).
